Delivery
We use Royal Mail Signed for and Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm
UK Signed for delivery is £4  We aim to deliver within 3 working days
UK Special Delivery is £8 Next day delivery if the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Orders
placed on Saturdays will arrive next working day
International Deliveries

Throughout our Twice Loved transactional site we aim to provide you with a simple and enjoyable shopping experience. We want to provide you with the same fabulous service you would receive in our boutique in Glasgow’s West End, protect your privacy and provide an easy to use and secure site. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Payments can be made securely online through PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Maestro. We also welcome telephone orders. Please call 0141 370 1751 .
All prices are in pounds sterling

Product availability
All items are one off’s and subject to availability. In the unlikely event an item is sold it will be removed from the website at the earliest opportunity.

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your online order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund for returned goods. You must notify us within 14 days from when you receive the goods.
To arrange a return or cancel your order, you must send us an email to Linda@twiceloved.co.uk, within 14 days of receipt of your goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. A returns label (not pre- paid) will be included in with your order. Please send registered and we recommend you retain your proof of posting. The parcel will be your responsibility until it reaches us.
Goods must be returned to us in the same condition that they were dispatched to you with the original labels attached. If the goods are not returned in their original condition or if any of the labels have been removed then we reserve the right to insist upon payment for the goods. We aim to refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item less the original postage cost.
In store we do not offer refunds
Please package the items securely, attach the returns label (this is not pre- paid) and return to Twice Loved
