Thank you for shopping with Twice Loved. We want to make sure your pre-loved pieces reach you safely and promptly. Please read our shipping information below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You'll receive a further notification once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery and require a signature upon receipt. Orders over £2,500 are dispatched by courier.

Free Collection

Prefer to collect in person? You're welcome to pick up your order from our store at:

Twice Loved, 27 Clarence Drive, Glasgow, G12 9QN

Simply select local pickup at checkout. Your order will be ready the same day, and we'll send you an email with collection instructions. We're open Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 5pm.

International Shipping

We're sorry, but we're currently unable to offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order hasn't arrived within 3 days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch at Linda@twiceloved.co.uk with your name and order number and we'll look into it straight away.
