Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order conformation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The service is Royal Mail next day special delivery. A signature will be required

Small package	e.g. accessories	£8
Medium Package	e.g. shoes, clothing	£12
Large package	e.g. coats, large handbags, boots	£15
Item value above £250	Each item is calculated separately	£8-£20

 

 

Free Collection from Twice Loved, 27 Clarence Drive, Glasgow, G129QN

After placing your order and selecting local pickup checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up same day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pick up is Tuesday -Saturday 10am to 6pm

Track your item

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. Please contact us at Linda@twiceloved.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look into it for you
