Policy For Website Orders

Note We have a 14 day return policy. However upon receipt of your item(s) you must notify us of your intention to return within 3 days.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All items are inspected by Twice Loved before sale and any defects noted in the original listing. However due to the nature of pre-loved items we may just have missed something.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer free returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 
Please note that if paying by PayPal that the fee charged to Twice Loved will also be deducted from your return. Unfortunately this is unavoidable, a new policy set by PayPal.

Policy For Shop Purchases

Twice Loved act on behalf of our clients and therefore apologise that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds in store. Please ensure you are completely happy with your item(s) prior to purchase.
